Start with a phone call to 973-453-6747. Our screening is done over the phone and usually takes less than five minutes. We'll ask a few questions about your recovery, your current situation, and any medications you take.

Often the same day. If a bed is open and you pass the phone screening, we can usually process new residents the day they call.

Usually only one or two. Our houses stay mostly full, so availability changes from week to week. Call 973-453-6747 to check what's open today.

Midway House is for people who are serious about their recovery. Our houses run on structure: a curfew, random drug and alcohol testing, house rules, and live-in managers who hold everyone to them. That structure works best for residents who want it. If you aren't ready to take your recovery seriously right now, we'd encourage you to look elsewhere for now.
